A 65-year-old man was caught on cam mercilessly beating up a stray dog in Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area. The elderly man was so cruel that he first tied up the dog and then beat him brutally with a stick. The man was arrested by Delhi police after the incident came to light but later released on bail. Reportedly, some animal activist got hold of the video on the basis of which this man was arrested. According to close source, the dog had beaten elderly man some days ago and in a fit of rage he has assaulted the dog.
